How do I order on your site?
Place the product of your choice in the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Then click on “View cart” button to go to the page to fill in your detail. Fill in your details and follow the steps. Only if you press the “Place order” button, your order is final.

How long will it take before my order is processed?
Orders are processed in order of arrival. Once an order is received, it will be packaged for shipment.

Can I get an order delivered on a different address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, while you enter your personal data, you can give there a different delivery address. Since we use only digital invoicing, what is always sent to your email address.

Can I get an order delivered on the same day?
Unfortunately not.

Do I receive a confirm email when I order something?
You will receive an order confirmation. If your order directly paid, you will also receive the invoice in no time.

Can I order a product what is not (anymore) on your website?
If you want to order something that is not (anymore) listed on our website, we recommend you to contact us.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
It is no longer possible to change an order once it is ordered from our webshop. Well you have the right to return items, the cost of the return shipment for your own expenses.

How do I see if a product is in stock?
You see its availability on the product page. If the product is not in stock you will see an additional message on the shopping cart screen.

Can I get an order delivered in Belgium?
Unfortunately not.

Can I order via telephone?
No, unfortunately not.

Can I order via fax?
No, unfortunately not.

Which paying methods do you offer?
– iDeal: Secure payment via internet banking through your own bank.
– PayPal: Secure payment with your PayPal account.

Is the speed of the delivery the same by all paying methods?
Orders paid with iDealor Paypal are delivered immediately.

Yes, all prices include VAT.

When does the delivery take place?
PostNL delivers the order in 1-2 business days to your home. [In most cases (let’s say 95%) you receive your package one day after your order had been placed. (Except Saturday and Sunday) If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer or direct debit, then your order to PostNL offered after the payment is on our bank account. This usually takes 1-3 business days. In every case, we strive to ensure that all orders within 4-5 working days are carried out.

Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
No, we deliver not on Sundays and on holidays.

What happens when nobody is at home during delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, then PostNL visits you one more time. You are not at home again, then you receive a message from PostNL and you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL collection point.

Can I specify the time of the delivery?
Unfortunately this is not possible.

Who brings my order?
All deliveries are made by PostNL. They deliver your order at daytime to your specified shipping address. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am till 9.30 pm.

The package is not complete or damaged, what now?
