The second edition of the Vegan Food Festival is lurking around the corner and more than 50 food and non-food stands challenge you to taste and experience outside-the-vegan box. On July 27 and 28, craft and plant-based cooking merge into the most stunning and tastiest vegan dishes prepared by both well-known and less well-known vegan restaurants. The diverse program with live music, workshops, sports and games, documentaries and talks invite you to linger for two days.
Vegan Food Festival Amsterdam 2019
Last year they launched their brand new Vegan Food Festival which was a unique 3-day experience full of entertainment, learning opportunities and mesmerizing vegan delicacies such as cheese, donuts and candy! This festival hosted 30 food and vegan-related stands along with great live music, workshops, sports competitions and talks. During the festival there were 30 stands, including food stands such as Vleesch, Visch, Juicebrothers, Van Leeuwen ice cream, Madame Cocos and Sharp Sharp. Next to this there were also non-food stands to highlight the sustainable and vegan lifestyle from various aspects. The diverse program offered music, workshops, sports, documentaries and talks, which invited you to hang around for three days.

New year, new location: The Vegan Food Festival goes back into nature! The immense open-air restaurant welcomes several thousand visitors a day from Amsterdam and far beyond this summer. This year the Flevo Park serves as the home base for this unique experience. For whom? Everyone who loves good food and good vibes!

Reducing waste together:
The Vegan Food Festival does not like waste, certainly not plastic disposable cups. At the bar they therefore work with a special recycling program where you purchase a one-off cup that you can then reuse throughout the event and then take home as a souvenir. As an alternative option, your own glass is also welcome at the bar.
