Why not make your own vegan edibles?

You can always make your own vegan edibles if you are not happy with all the previous options. Allow me to share with you an easy recipe that you can make within a matter of minutes!

Vegan Edibles Recipe:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup of cashews
  • ½ cup of water
  • ⅛-¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cannabis oil of your choice (We recommend using coconut infused oil)

Directions:

Before starting the process let the cashews soak for 4 hours in water.

  1. Cut the avocado in half, peel the skin and remove the seed. You could use these materials for decoration afterward.
  2. Pour the water, sea salt, nutritional yeast, soaked cashews, lemon juice and cannabis oil in a high-speed blender. Make sure to stop when the mix acquires a creamy texture.
  3. Fill up the avocado halves with the cream blend and enjoy!!

Vegan Edibles

Amsterdam’s coffeeshops sell edibles with around 90 mg of THC and they recommend eating half to those trying new experiences, this is still quite strong for some people so always remember that doing edibles have stronger effects than smoking the same quantity. The “standard dose” needed to feel a mild effect is 10 mg so make sure to calculate the amount of THC you would like in your dessert. Keep in mind that 1 gram of cannabis is equal to 1000 mg. If your strain has per say 12% THC, then 1 gram of that cannabis strain will contain 120 mg of THC.
