Vegan donut recipes
1. Simple Donut
Dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup agave syrup, 2 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon.
Wet ingredients: ¾ cup of soy milk, 1 teaspoon. apple vinegar, 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract, ¼ cup apple sauce, ¼ cup coconut oil.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Heat the wet ingredients in a pan until it steams. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Bake the donuts in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the donuts cool down and decorate them with, for example glaze, icing sugar, jam, coconut or cinnamon. You can also decorate the donut with other toppings.
2. Pumpkin spice donuts with chocolate cinnamon glaze
For the kitchen princes or princesses try these pumpkin spice donuts!
Dry ingredients: 1 ¼ cup flour, 1 teaspoon. baking powder, 1 teaspoon. cinnamon, ½ teaspoon. nutmeg, ½ teaspoon. sea salt, ¼ teas. ginger, ¼ teas. clove.
Wet ingredients: ¼ cup apple sauce + 1 teaspoon. baking powder (stirred together), 1/3 cup coconut blossom sugar, 1 tbsp. maple syrup, 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract, ½ cup pumpkin puree, ¼ cup almond milk. Ingredients glaze: 1 cup icing sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, 3 tbsp. almond milk, 1 teaspoon. cinnamon.
Mix the dry ingredients together. Then mix the applesauce and the coconut blossom sugar well in a different bowl. Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla and maple syrup until a smooth mass is formed. Then mix the almond milk and the dry ingredients through the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees or in a donut iron. (the baking time can then be different). When the donuts have cooled down you can glaze them. For the glaze, mix all ingredients together until a smooth mass is created.

3. Vegan donuts with vanilla glaze
We love those vegan donuts, because they are light, have a good bite and the vanilla glaze makes it ten times better. And do not be fooled by the addition of ground flaxseed, because they are really not healthy!
4. The healthy vegan donut
Moreover, there are even possibilities for a healthy vegan donut. This donut with pumpkin is also quite easy to make!
Ingredients: 1 tbsp. no egg powder with 4 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. coconut flower, 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1/2 teaspoon. baking powder, 1 tbsp. cocoa powder.

Mix all ingredients, if you think the mixture is too thick you can add a tablespoon of almond milk. Divide the batter over the donut forms. Bake for 5 minutes in a donut iron or 8-11 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
